Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms cover buying from and using cockpitforge.com. Please read them before ordering.

About us & contact

CockpitForge is a small business based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected].

Ordering & the contract

When you place an order and payment is taken, a contract is formed between you and CockpitForge. We'll confirm by email. If we can't fulfil an order (for example an item is unavailable) we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Prices, payment & VAT

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe or PayPal. CockpitForge is not VAT-registered (we're below the UK VAT threshold), so no VAT is charged and none is shown separately. Shipping, where it applies, is shown before you pay.

Digital products (checklist & kneeboard packs)

These are instant digital downloads (PDF); nothing is shipped. When you buy, you agree that we begin delivery immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download has been made available. If a file is faulty or won't download, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. Buying a pack gives you a personal licence to use and print it for your own simulator use; please don't resell, redistribute or share the files.

Physical products (3D-printed accessories & apparel)

Physical items are made to order and dispatched from the UK. Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product.

Flight-simulation use only. Our checklists, V-speeds, procedures and reference material are produced for use in flight-simulation software such as Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane. They use general, type-standard figures, are not taken from any specific aircraft's approved flight manual, and must not be used for real-world flight planning, training or operations. 3D-printed accessories are hobby modifications for home simulator hardware, not certified parts.

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, text and layout of our products and this site belong to CockpitForge. Aircraft and hardware manufacturer names are used only to describe which aircraft or device a product is for. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any aircraft or hardware manufacturer, Microsoft Flight Simulator, or X-Plane.

Liability

We provide this site and our products with reasonable care, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or error-free. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
