We ship worldwide. How and when your order reaches you depends on what you've bought — here's the honest version for each type.

Checklist & kneeboard packs (digital)

Instant download after payment — nothing is posted. You get your download link on the confirmation page and by email, and you can print the pack at home as many times as you like. Available anywhere, with nothing to pay on import.

Shipping rates (physical items)

One flat rate per order, shown before you pay:

• UK — £3.95
• Europe — £5.95
• Rest of the world — £9.95

3D-printed accessories

Made to order in the UK and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days, sent by Royal Mail.

Apparel

Shirts are printed to order by our print partner and posted to you — often from a facility near you, so they can arrive quicker. Print-and-dispatch usually takes a few working days.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery is typically:

• UK — a few working days.
• Europe — around 3 to 7 working days.
• Rest of the world — around 6 to 14 working days.

By law we'll always deliver within 30 days at the latest. If your order hasn't arrived when you'd expect, email [email protected] and we'll chase it.

Import charges outside the UK

Digital packs are free of any import charges. For physical items sent outside the UK, your country may add local import VAT or duties when the parcel arrives. These are set and collected by your own customs — not by us — and are the buyer's responsibility. If you're unsure what to expect, your national customs website is the best guide.
