Returns & Refunds

We want you happy with your kit. Here's how returns and refunds work, by product type. None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — anything faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose is always put right, whatever you bought.

3D-printed accessories

Our standard catalogue accessories come with the usual 14-day right to change your mind. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, send the item back unused and in re-sellable condition, and we'll refund the item price. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Genuinely custom or personalised orders — anything made to your own specification rather than one of our catalogue designs — are made just for you, so they can't be returned simply for a change of mind. They're still fully covered if they arrive faulty or not as described.

Apparel

Printed-to-order shirts carry the same 14-day right to change your mind from the day you receive them, provided they're returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item is faulty or misprinted, in which case we replace or refund it. Shirts are made and shipped by our print partner, so please email us first and we'll give you the correct return address (it won't be the address above).

Checklist & kneeboard packs (digital)

These are instant downloads. At checkout you ask us to make your download available straight away and agree that, once it has, you lose the 14-day right to cancel — so we can't refund a download once it's been delivered. If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't as described, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email [email protected] within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund including return postage, or send a replacement — your choice. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

How to return something

Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send you the return address and next steps. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item (or of your cancellation, for eligible orders).
