AI assistant

You're chatting with an AI, not a person. It answers from this site about products, delivery and returns. For an order, give the reference (CF-…) and the email you used at checkout.

AI answers can be wrong, so check the product page before you buy. It can't give discounts, refunds or cancellations. Talk to a human.
